I have a friend from China who is also a translator, we've always used Subtitle Workshop as our translation software. But he wasn't aware of the fact that you can preview video on Subtitle Workshop. For those of you who are like him, this tutorial can help you.
The software also simplifies translation by allowing you to edit subtitles while playing the video. You can do this by clicking on Movie, then Video preview mode. This can also be done by Ctrl+Q.
You are now prepared to load your featured video on Subtitle work shop. You can drag and drop the video from your file browser or click Movie, Open. You can also key in Ctrl+P.
Switch from Original to Translated Preview
